  4. The major difference between the regular type of teaching and the blended one is that students develop matter cognitive awareness and the teachers are only instructors. In order to implement this teaching method, we can use modern technologies such as computers and projectors, so that they can efficiently work on projects (e.g. Writing letters to Santa) and homework assignments (e.g. Making presentations and short movies)

    1. Dear Natalia and Olga,

I agree that blended learning facilitates and accelerates the teaching/learning process, as well as the assessment process. It is also more accessible since it gives the possibility to organize the classes even if the teacher is far away from his students. In addition to that, blended learning is a very good way to motivate the students, it is a good way for the teacher to get closer to the interests and needs of the Generation Z students. But how exactly can you use this method during the Access classes? Could you provide some examples? Thank you!

    1. You are absolutely right. Teacher's role is to guide the students in the process of learning. For Access students this kind of learning is a new one, different from what they have daily at school.

    Task 1:
We believe that the knowledges we will get during this innovative training will be very useful and informative. We'll have the great chance to be taught how to use the TBL in our Access classes to make them more interesting for our students who are really eager to learn new things in a different way. As we will be helped by our great mentors, for sure there will be no misunderstandings and questions. We all have big expectations from this training, we will improve our abilities, will have a better interaction with our students and will use awesome methods to teach our motivated Access students.
    Thanks.

    Task 2:
While providing Blended Learning method teachers are responsible for monitoring the students, help them when they have problems/ questions, use both - face-to-face and blended learning, explain the tasks, give examples and provide materials. Students have to work individualy or in groups, answer the question, give real life examples, use network (videos, texts, websites..), share their thoughts with their colleagues and actively work with the teacher. Blended Learning is a great methodology that we could use during our Access classes, give online homework, discuss on the chats, blog created for such utilities, offer each student the possibility to work with the given materials in his/r own pace, whenever he/s has free time and most important they could receive fastly feedbacks from us and their colleagues.
